MOCK-UP POLICY
At The Green Commerce, we are committed to ensuring the highest quality and satisfaction for our customers. To facilitate this, we have established the following mock-up printing policy:

Mock-Up Presentation:

Before sending any design to printing, we will provide a digital mock-up to the customer for review and approval.

The mock-up will accurately represent the design layout, text placement, and overall appearance of the final product.

Customer Review and Finalisation:

Upon receipt of the mock-up, customers are requested to carefully review all aspects of the design.

Any necessary changes or adjustments should be communicated to our team at this stage.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all details are correct and satisfactory before finalising the design for printing.

Sample Printing:

We do not provide sample printing to customers.

The digital mock-up serves as the primary reference for the final product.

Pantone Color Specification:

Customers must specify the Pantone color code for printing to ensure accurate color reproduction.

Any deviations from the specified Pantone colors will be addressed and corrected prior to final printing.

Liability for Discrepancies:

In the event that there is any discrepancy between the mock-up and the final printed product, there will be a mutual decision.

Please note that due to manual printing processes, slight variations in color may occur, particularly for shades other than solid colors (black, white, red, yellow, blue). We will strive to minimise these variations, but they may be present to some extent.

SHIPPING DAMAGES
In the event that your order arrives damaged due to shipping, The Green Commerce will assess the damages and determine the appropriate resolution. This process may take 2-3 business days. We kindly ask for your patience and cooperation during this time.
